Love the Grubby Tags – these would be a great addition to my mixed media art.
I pinned the chalkboard pendants. I make large chalkboards from old frames all the time and love the idea of making them smaller and wearable.
I also pinned the jars of spools because ever since I was a little girl I’ve had a fascination with little jars and boxes for storing away special things. I am actually bidding on a 3 jar organizer and had allowed somebody else to outbid me so now I’m thinking of going back and fighting for it. LOL
I pinned the ephemera drawer because I have a similar project that I am working on. I also pinned the spools because I am crazy about washi tape and I am going to go back and pin the chalkboard pendants because I love the chalkboard paper. All are really cool projects!
The Grubby Tags really caught my eye for anything mixed media! Scrapbooking, gifts, organization, and special events specialties.
The chalkboard pendants are a nifty way to use for teen jewelry – they can write their own msg.
Finally, The Jar of spools is a wonderful DYI project that recycles old glass jars very usefully and makes pretty storage for both home and studio.
Pinned the grungy metal tags – I love it when things look like they have history … and if you can’t find things to use in your art that have real history, it’s handy to know how to make them look like they do.
I actually pinned 8 or the 9 because I think they are great ideas…and I plan on doing at least 5 of them!
I pinned Grubby Tags. I love again that looks aged. I also pinned Get Organized with Where Women Create 2013. I would love that piece in my house.
I pinned the ephemera drawer project as I am currently trying to corral my growing collection into some type of easy to identifiable and accessible system.
I pinned Get Organized-I in the mood to redo my china cabinet! Where Women Create always inspires me-thank you~
I pinned the pennants! I would’ve ordered them too, had they not been out of stock. Will they be in again? Such a great idea! Thanks!!
I pinned the Get Organized – WHAT am I waiting for?! Thank you for the chance to win!
I pinned the “Where Women Create” pin because I sure could use some organizing in my craft room!
~Heidi
I pinned the grubby tags ~ I love starting with something so simple and re-creating it. I am into the grubby look these days and these will be great in my next craft adventure. Also, where women create is always exciting …
I pinned the grungy metal tags because I love the look, and I have some of those in my stash that I just stumbled across the other day – begging to be played with.
I pinned the purse project, ephemera drawer and get organized. Why? The purse project seems like something I would do and the other two, I need!!
I pinned the ephemera drawer – I need to get my plethora of stuff organized!!!
I pinned Jar of Spools to my Eye Candy board because it is just so fun to look at! I love the colors and patterns and could stare at it for an hour! It’s a great way to store washi tape too and would look great on a shelf in my art room. I also pinned Metal Grubby Tags to my Wish List board because I need to get some tags like those to use in my own projects!
I pinned the jar of tapes and get organized pins. Craft supplies are my addiction.
Am always up for more Chic Organization (the name of my Pinterest board) & WWC gives so many great inspiring ideas in every issue! Thanks!
I pinned Get Organized with Where Women Create 2013
I need all the help i can get to work on my craft room and get it done.
Pinned the ephemera files, studio organization and pretty sewn purse project – love that stuff!
I pinned the Monthly Ephemera Drawer Project as I love being organized and love using such fun tools!
I pinned the grungy tags on two of my boards–my mixed media board and my vintage board. Double duty is always a good thing!
I chose the back to school gift projects because i really liked the color combo of black and cream. It is such an easy project as well..
I pinned the fabulous wood cabinet from “Get Organized with Where Women Create 2013”. I love this publication and I am always looking through them for inspiration. I am always shopping vintage stores, flea markets, auctions and estate sales. I often take images from WWC as part of my shopping list.
Pinned the Metal Grubby Tags! It’s usable on all my projects and its fun and easy to make too!
I pinned the ephemera drawer. I have lots of ephemera.
Love seeing how other women get inspired to create or make a space special to them to do so.
I just love an old fashioned chalk board! The pendant idea is so clever, can’t wait to try it. All my walls would be chalk boards if I had my way. The jar of spools is how I store my washi tape. I can see them clearly and they look pretty. The pillow cover purse project is intriguing!
Liked the chalkboards. They are quick to make and a fun interactive. I can see using them to learn letters or numbers or shapes or all the bones in the body. Write a letter and then scavenger hunt items that begin with that letter. Or even spend the day pointing out items that match with whatever is on the boards. SW.
I pinned the organization space from Where Women Create, my most favorite publication. Wish I were each of them and had their ideas – such inspiration! Thank you!
I chose the picture from Where Women Create because I am always looking for new ways to organize my craft place.

Years ago I would have thrown these out, but now can think of a many uses, tags on gifts or on homemade cards I love to make.
Something about them intrigues me. I love repurposing period.
I pinned the monthly ephemera file. I already sort my mixed media paper materials in several ways, but can see a use for this method too.
I pinned the Metal Grubby Tags because they spoke to me. Great items to create on and then use to speak to others. And also pinned the Monthly Ephemera Drawer. What a perfect repository to gather lovely found writings and then use at a later time to create a collage from each month’s treasures. No more losing them on my desk!
I pinned the ephemera drawer project and the jar of spools because they immediately grabbed my attention as something I want to do – and am likely to complete!
I repinned the ephemera cards, mostly because I liked the colors in them, although I do like the project, too! I might repin some more things, a number of them are cute!
The organizing cabinet: you can never have too much organizing space.
I hope it’s okay, I pinned two items because it was just to hard to choose. I pinned the ephemera drawer because I love working on projects using vintage ephemera. Right now I am working on an “inspiration box” using some vintage card games, playing pieces and other ephemera in that genre. I also pinned the Jars of Spools projects because I love the look of spools, ribbons, buttons, small balls of yarn in large squatty jars as shelf fillers or mantel decor.
i chose to pin jars of spools as it brings to mind fond memories of my grandmother having me sort out jars and jars of buttons to keep me occupied while she sewed away!
I love the idea of being able to “recreate” a wearable work of art to suit your mood, style, etc.
I pinned 5…. love them.
Love the ‘summer craftin from mingle’ now that the summer is almost gone..i already miss it.
Repinned grungy tags, just love the look.
Back to school, great idea.
Spool storage, love, love this for washi tape.
I pinned “Jar of Spools” because this is something I can do now and not put off to the future. Love washi tape.
I chose:Get Organized with Where Women Create 2013.
I have such a small studio for my mixed media, altered art,and watercolor creations that every chance I get, I’m searching for new organization ideas. Some days, I spend more time moving items to free up studio space for creating rather than creating. The image for this Pin, of the storage cabinet, which S&S selected has such clean lines of simplicity that I can see myself reaching into those drawers for many a creative item.
I pinned the metal grubby tags and pillow cover purse project. Love all the ideas!
I pinned “get Organized”. Love all those drawers!
Love all of these but my favorites to pin were the chalkboard pendants, the organizing ideas and also the pillow purse. All wonderful projects!!!
I pinned Get Organized! I’m rearranging my studio to include workshops and I was inspired by the look of the pretty armoire as shelving.
I pinned 1.Monthly Ephemera Drawer Project. Love the Ephemera’s on here. Use them for a new page.

I pinned the Chalkboard Pendants because they are so versatile. You can change the design to fit any occasion.
I had to come back to this and look again – decided to also add the library drawer – what a great idea! http://www.pinterest.com/pin/95631192060784042/
I pinned the grubby tags because I use them in my journals, collage pages, tags etc. They add so much to each project in a completely different way .
I also had to add the Jars of spools! A perfect solution for all the mounds of washi tape I have. I LOVE washi tape and I use it somehow in every project I do , including packaging and mailing. The jars are great for storage as well as visual inspiration!
I did the pendants, the pillow purse and the Get Organized!! because want to check out all three!! cool ideas!!
I pinned the Grubby tags, the cabinet from Where Women Create and the folder idea. Getting my own room for my business is exciting and planning it is so important! I know you will be an important part of my process….
I loved the back to school project! I am so focused on anything “teacher” because my son’s precious girlfriend started teaching this year – first year and 3rd graders who she adores!
I also loved the grubby tags. Walnut ink applied just perfectly! I love tags!!
Jan
I pinned the chalkboard pendants because they are so adorable and can be personalized in so many unique ways from name to personal interests. They also can hint if dreams and messages. Thank you for the inspiration!
I pinned the last two. I love the idea of being organized with eye candy inspiration.
~Larisa
