You’re Invited to Our National Craft Month Pinning Party!

Pinterest Board

Stampington is celebrating National Craft Month by throwing a party — a Pinterest Pinning Party! For the month of March, we invite you to pin your crafty projects onto our board titled, National Craft Month!

Pinterest is a treasure-trove of DIY projects, but it’s so easy to get stuck in a cycle of only pinning and not creating. Be sure to absorb as much inspiration as possible, and then channel those ideas into something that you create yourself. Pin your unique, handmade projects to our collaborative National Craft Month board and watch the creativity spread. It’s a great way to find inspiration, meet other artists, and get noticed — you can be sure our editors will be peeking at pins in search of publish-worthy artwork.

Request access to the pin board by emailing the link to your own Pinterest account to blog@stampington.com and prepare to pin!

We will be providing Pinning Prompts via Twitter (@Stampington) and Instagram (@stampington) to guide you through the next month of crafting. We hope that by providing our readers with a community where they can share their handmade artwork, they will be able to connect with others who share similar crafting interests and be exposed to new ones as well.

Hop over to Twitter to see Pinning Prompt #1.

Hello, Pinners! To keep the pinning process fair, we are kindly requesting Pinners to limit pins to ONE pin per day. Please use our Pinning Prompts on Twitter and Instagram (you don’t need an account to play along!) as your guide, and choose your favorite project to pin for that day. We want to give everyone an equal chance to pin and be pinned!

Notice your inbox getting pretty full? To limit the number of Pinterest emails you receive, please go to Account Settings > Notifications > Pick Which Groups You Hear About > Change “National Craft Month!” to (NO). Whew, that’s better!

As always, feel free to send along an email if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.

Stampington and Company reserves the right to moderate the National Craft Month board for the purpose of showcasing a variety of artwork from all pinners. Content must be appropriate or it may be removed. Stampington & Company reserves the right to end or extend this promotion at any time.

Hi! How can I add a pin to the National Craft Month Board?

    • Jordan says:

      Hello,
Here is some more information on how to participate and pin to our National Craft Month board.

You can either: 1) re-pin an existing pin from one of your own boards by hovering over the pin, clicking “Pin It,” and selecting “National Craft Month!” as the board; or 2) go directly to our board and click the “Add a Pin” square in the upper left corner of the board. If that option is not available for you, it means that you either have not been invited to pin, or have not successfully accepted our invitation to pin.

To be invited: You can request access to this pin board by emailing the link to your own Pinterest account to: blog@stampington.com

Please let me know if I can be of further help, and happy pinning!
