I love the last one best but they are all very different and I thinks that is why I like them. Most of the adult coloring books I have seen follow just one theme. I also did like the suggestions for completing them.

  8. Sara Baker says:

I pinned the primary pictures because I make dolls, and love seeing faces in people’s works, including journals. And, who doesn’t like to see a cute little package tied up in ribbon?

  9. Cheryl Gaillot says:

I see great potential for incorporating these images into my art journaling pages. They can be colored, cut out, etc. for use in all sorts of altered art. Love the various subjects used in creating these “adult coloring books”.

  13. Linda Newman says:

I’ve already ordered several of the Color Studio books as holiday gifts. Love that includes tutorials and techniques! Now all I need is a set for myself. :)

Karen Lilly’s Mrs. Poe and the Black Cat is so cute. (Her expression is how I feel after finishing a favorite book!) The only set of colored pencils I have is about 50 years old–time for new ones?

  15. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/494973815274821109/
LOL, I think you mean to pin the coloring book pages, not the images right above the response area. Hmmm. Time for my morning coffee now that it’s after noon :) Then color some chickadees!

  16. Sara says:

  21. KaySue says:

    https://www.pinterest.com/pin/522769469225858206/
Always looking for helpful tips and tricks.

  22. I pinned 3 images. I think the bird and cups picture is something anyone could use in a variety of ways, The woman is just beautiful and the group of people I can see being colored in bright oranges and browns for a tribal feel or in a rainbow of pastels for a softer look. I like to still color pictures even though I am an adult. It is something that is fun to do with my 4 year old son and I definitely think the fact that there are suggestions on improving the coloring techniques is something that appeals to me a great deal. I’m no artist, just an mom who likes making things and being able to say I made that so I need all the help I can get. :) Crafting and making art is a big part of our fun time we spend together and I this looks like something I could really get into.

  23. Lynn Young says:

I love this project because although it appears to be pretty simple, the possibilities are endless with various color options.

  25. Victoria says:

Birds and teacups – 2 of my favorite things! The original colored journal page offers additional inspiration, but the coloring page in itself would make me very happy! I think I could do interesting things with it.

  26. Nita says:

I don’t pinterest, but I really like the girl’s face page. Sort of steampunky/botanical, very cool. So excited to see this new publication! I can even see copying that page to color several ways, although only the original would be on nice paper.
